Wild Oak Telluride is a boutique property management collective in Telluride, Colorado. Founded by longtime Telluride locals, Luke Brown and Katy Parnello, Wild Oak prides itself on being small, accessible and personable in providing quality travel experiences. Luke and Katy blend their extensive careers in the travel, hospitality and artistic arenas to create thoughtful, creative and authentic accommodations in the Telluride region. All Wild Oak properties receive ample attention, personal touches and
mountains of hands-on care and upkeep.

We are LOCAL, small and accessible, allowing our guests to receive timely and thoughtful communications that ensure a memorable mountain vacation. We live a few doors down from your Telluride rental and are available to assist with any and all aspects of your time in Telluride.

We provide creative insights, tips and recommendations geared towards the best of Telluride! All Wild Oak guests receive our legendary "Live Like A Local" guidebook prior to arrival to help set them on an immersive and engaging adventure within our mountain community!

Wild Oak offers a luxury shuttle service directly to our guests! Book through our website and enjoy private door-to door service in our stylish SUV's with space for friends, family and gear! WiFi on board!
